From a foot in the door to running the whole program.

  • Flecha Azul needed a reliable production partner for their branded POS and event program — cups, napkins, ice buckets, coasters, cocktail shakers, bar mats, mason jars, martini glasses, and more across multiple markets.

  • Premium spirits brands live and die by how they show up at retail and events. Every touchpoint has to be on-brand, on-time, and consistent across every market. Managing that across multiple vendors is how programs fall apart.

  • We took over their entire branded program — designing and producing every item, managing 350+ individual shipments across all markets. For Cinco de Mayo we ran the full program end to end. We also built a custom corporate ordering store, giving their team one place to order and stay consistent across every location.

  • What started as small rush requests is now a full program partnership. Flecha Azul's entire branded POS, event collateral, and merch operation runs through Benchmark — and the corporate store keeps growing the relationship with every order cycle.
